Each pendant is individually created by hand by Jonathan Leon.

How much ash is required?

Whether commemorating a loved one or a cherished pet, only 1/4 teaspoon of ashes is required to create a memorial piece.

Are all pieces unique?

Yes. Every piece in individually handcrafted and carries its own story. Subtle variations in shape, colour, and pattern are a natural part of the artistic process, making each creation truly one of a kind

What is the typical production time?

Once the order has been received, production typically takes between 7 to 10 business days before shipping. Processing times may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the piece(s) and seasonal demand.

Are wholesale pricing and retailer programs available?

Can funeral homes place multiple family orders together?

Yes. Combined shipments are encouraged and help reduce costs.

Do you provide product displays?

The initial cost for the display of 4 collections sample is 200,00$. Although, after 1000,00$ of orders, it will be credited on the next order.
